Rent

The monthly rent includes:

• water,
• gas,
• electricity,
• wireless internet in every room,
• in some rooms cable TV
• Each room is furnished (with a bed, desk and chair, shelves, and a clothing-rack).
• Towels and linen also provided.

How much is the rent for one room per month? Please contact me for renting information.

What's the house like?

The rooms are around 12m2. The house has two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, gas-stove with oven, dishes and cutlery). There is a laundry machine and a freezer.

Who is welcome?

In general there is an international atmosphere in the house.

The rooms are perfect for students from FCT

We prefer Erasmus students and PhD students.

Surfers

Of course surfers are welcome. Short term renting is also possible, but renting a room for a shorter time is naturally more expensive. The location of the house is perfect for surfers, there are many living in the area.

Preferred languages

You should be able to speak at least English - but we speak French and Spanish too. As long as you can communicate with us every kind of nationality is welcome.

• the house is located in Costa da Caparica
• 5 min to the beach, the next bus station, or the next supermarket.
• 15 min to FCT University Campus, in Monte da Caparica.
• 30 min to Lisbon Center.

Beach and Water Sports

There are many surf schools, diving clubs in Costa da Caparica and other beach sports are possible too: like kite surfing, volleyball, running, and bicycling on the beach... If you don't like swimming in the sea there are swimming pools in Costa da Caparica and in Almada.

Sports in general

There is a park around the corner where you can play tenis, football, or basketball. There is a golf club in Capuchos, in Charneca da Caparica and Aroeira.

Shopping

Supermarket, small shopping centers and a market 5 mins down the street. Almada forum (big shopping center) can be reached within 20 minutes.

Where is Costa da Caparica?

Costa da Caparica is very close to Monte da Caparica, when you take the bus from Costa to Monte it takes around 10min. Caparica is in the South of the river Tagus (port: Rio Tejo). The region of Costa da Caparica belongs to Almada. Costa da Caparica is a former fishing village.
